« If you were a fly on my wall.... | Main | Seriously pissed off »

I remember the last time I felt that peace. It was during our long trip with our travel trailer, a few weeks ago.

We were at a state park in West Virginia and our trailer was situated so that our awning faced the forest.

I decided to sit in one of the chairs outside. I listened to the wind rustling the leaves of the tall, green trees in front of me. Yet-to-dry drops of rain pattered all around.

I was alone. DH had the kids. I thought I should be doing something, but I didn't leave the chair. I didn't want to.

Peace is a precious, rare commodity--I'm glad you're not squandering it!

Ahhh...I hope that peaceful feeling has carried on into the new week...

Gotta love the peace and quiet while it lasts.
